The service

LinkedIn Marketing Studio ("we", "us") drafts LinkedIn content — comments, posts, hook templates, content plans, and profile rewrites — grounded in the content of your own Ounie brains, at your direction. Three of these read a public LinkedIn URL you provide. You ("you", "the customer") pay per artifact generated at the rate published on our pricing page. We are an independent Ounie product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.

Acceptable use

You may only generate from brains your Ounie account can access, and you are responsible for the content you publish. Only paste LinkedIn URLs you are entitled to read. You will not attempt to discover endpoints we haven't documented or bypass rate limits. Generated artifacts inherit whatever rights you hold in the underlying material; what you post, and its accuracy, are your responsibility — review before you publish. Comply with LinkedIn's own terms and content policies when you post.

Account & billing

There is no subscription for this product. Usage is billed in Ounie credits from your shared Ounie wallet, per artifact, at the rates on our pricing page (comment 3 · post 2 · hook 2 · content plan 5 · profile rewrite 5); regenerating an artifact re-bills its price. If a LinkedIn URL can't be read, or your selected brain(s) have nothing relevant, the reservation is refunded and you aren't charged. Editing, copying, and browsing your library are free. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your data and prior outputs remain accessible regardless of your credit balance.

No warranty of accuracy

Artifacts are generated from your material and cited to it, but they are drafts for your review, not verified statements. We do not warrant that any artifact is complete, current, or fit for publication. You are responsible for reviewing every claim before you post it under your name.

Refunds

Failed generations are refunded automatically (the credit reservation is reversed) — an unreadable LinkedIn URL, a thin brain match, or a bad generation is never charged. For anything else, open a support ticket.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss arising from a post you published.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to data you've already paid for. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms with notice.
